Brantley's Muddy Tour
Our same group will be going to Eric Church next month. Hopefully this was just a fluke event and not indicative of the entire tour, but based on this experience I personally would pass on this tour and spend my concert dollars on another act; many of which have outstanding live sound quality and production. The vocal portion of the sound was so poor that it was unintelligible most of the time. The show would have been a five star event if only the sound engineers had gotten it right. Three of us attended this event at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville and all had the same thoughts. If you weren't familiar with the melody you wouldn't know what song was being performed. We are all fans of KMINICON and Tyler Farr as well as having heard Chase Bryant a good bit on the radio. The sound quality was ok for Chase's set as well as the opener but once Tyler hit the stage it went downhill and plummeted when KMINICON came on. Having seen him in the past I expect a much better experience "sound wise".
